What's a good starter orbital kit?

Hi all,

Would this be a good kit to start with polishing all the swirls and other bs out of my paint, I live in the UK so salt, tar and all the usual stuff I'm sure is all over the paint, which is black.

Yes I've read the sticky guide but thought this might be good to start out with and if it breaks I believe Griots has some of the best warranty.

My goal is simply to have smooth glossy black paint.
