BMW Performance Exhaust
Got mine put on today. Just want to say I think it is incredible. Not overly obnoxious but just enough sound to let people know your coming. Plus I think you feel more power higher in the band... anyone else agree??
Also I have the stock exhaust I could get rid of cheap to someone if anyone is interested... |

You have to cut the pipes if you want to eliminate the resonator and install the supplied replacement pipe. But you don't have to cut anything if you just want to bolt on the muffler part to the stock setup. I installed mine myself, just be sure you don't cut to short. Hold the new Y pipe up to exisiting pipe and mark where the pipes need to be cut, check it a few times to be sure. You can then run tape around the marked area to ensure you get a straight cut. I used a sawzall. Think positive, take a breath and cut!

I love the sound of that exhaust, it subtle but gives great performance.
