How do I reset service Indicator

Hi

I have a 2006 1 Series 118d, the brake pad warning light is on, I have replaced the pads etc. But how do I reset the warning light.

I have checked in the forums and although it is explained I am still a bit unsure, can this be explained in simple instructions I can follow.
