Still not in production?
Hi everyone, So my CA told me on 9/16 that it was a september allocation and that i should have it in 6-7 weeks. well i walked out with a production number and all was grand, however it's been near 3 weeks, the website still hasn't updated to reflect the changes made in the order, and it still says the order is documented with no confirmed production date. Could the system just be completely wrong, or did my CA lie to me?

Well good news is that it went 112 on Monday. The bad news is Monday is October, and I told the CA the only way I would sign to order a car was that it was built in September as a September allocation. I guess it's water under the bridge, but I would have appreciated knowing that it wouldn't be built for 2.5 weeks after I walked out. That's the part that gets me, the whole dealer experience. You would really think BMW would try to control that a lot more.

My status says that it was scheduled on 10/11/11 for the daily production pack, anyone have any idea what this means?
