South Florida Dealers - Specific contacts requested (cross posting apologies)
Apologies for cross posting, but I need some rather quick responses due to timing issues with an out of state move
Hello I am looking for specific reps that you have had good deals/pleasant experiences in the South Florida area. I am looking at the end of my lease and need to get into something quick before I move to PA. I would prefer if any of you guys can forward me a specific name of someone you have dealt with that I could call and say "look so and so told me to come to you , lets make a deal". Thanks guys, JS |

Sorry, just saw this. Been posting this on the SouthEast forum.
If you still need someone, PM me with your name, and I will hook you up with the best salesguy/dealer in South Florida. If you want proof of that, go to the southeast forum and read my posts. They are thorough. If you already got your car, I hope you did well. Good luck.

Yet again, for South Florida Dealerships, it's really simple
Braman BMW good, Holman BMW (Fort Lauderdale; Pines) bad! For Braman, recently, 1) My service was quick, easy, and I always get a BMW loaner. 2) My mother just went in for her new car, a 535i. They found the car that met her specs and arrives in only a couple weeks, and they gave her a great deal. 3) The Pre-Owned Manager is helping me to find a used Mini that will fit my specs for a "Commuter Car", and has many options and is working hard to find something that fits my parameters. Very helpful. For Holman BMW, where she bought her last brand new 5 Series, it turns out that they sold her the car without disclosing pre-sale damage. The Braman Pre-Owned Manager, upon inspecting her car for trade-in, found out that the hood and front quarter panels had been repainted. Holman knew, and didn't disclose. That little bit is a $2,500 deduction in trade-in value, on a 4 year old car that only has 27K miles and never been in an accident and was garage-kept. THANKS A LOT HOLMAN! Once again, Holman is great for damaging cars, as their service dept has done it 5 times alone to our family's cars, and now this!! Very happy to be at Braman now!!

If damage is less than 3% of value of vehicle, dealer is not legally required to disclose.
But my family had done a lot of business with them, they should have been more open. they weren't. Holman doesnt care.

Update: Two purchases from Braman. First, I put on the BMW Performance Exhaust, and I love it! It is the right balance of sounds: when just cruising, it is quiet and just a nice low rumble, and when under heavy thrust it gives enough roar without sounding like every P.O.S. rice box. Braman gave me an awesome price.
Then, I finally got my "small BMW"....known more commonly as Mini. Got a C.P.O. Cooper S for my Daily Driver car. 2010, 11K miles, just enough options to make me happy (I have all the good stuff in my 135). Just as promised, the car is Go-Kart fun. I go back to get some Mini goodies to make the car really functional on the inside. The Braman C.P.O. Manager "Amit" and my Mini Motoring Advisor "Maurice" both busted their butts to find me a good car, and then a really nice interest rate. I've said it before, I'll say it again. If you go to Braman, you will be happy. If you go to Holman, you will suffer, and I "might" have yet even more evidence on that soon. As always, Braman!

Braman is a shitty dealer. They broke my engine compartment and tried to blame it on me. They tried to tell me that the aluminum door panels could not be swapped out when I bought the car cuz it was apart of the door. Later I found out it isn't and they still didn't want to replace it. I've taken my car there several times for the same thing only to have it never looked at or addressed.
Worst experience at a BMW dealer ever!
