I'm curious to see pics of this spoiler as well. I see them on ebay, if I win the lottery I wish for the icarbon trunk with integrated spoiler, which, IMO, is as cool as it gets.
Any word on the diffuser availability? I went on their site, how dose one pay for stuff there? Do they accept Paypal? |

I was thinking earlier today....this thread is definitely not encouraging icarbon to come back lol. Sry. Hope you all are enjoying your diffuser and misc carbon parts if you got them yet!

This thread is for an eBay diffuser piece.

I'd still buy the Icarbon. I have more faith in the quality and long term durability. I don't trust anything carbon fiber or fiberglass to last when you can hold it up to the light and see through it. Besides, I love Icarbon. I have the m3 hood and SCL trunk. I hope they come back. They have my favorite front lip and dual cut out diffuser. Icarbon =

Seriously? That's disappointing to hear. I'm really happy with the quality of their hoods and trunks but never seen the rear diffuser in person. Is the front lip the same? Either way, unless eBay starts pumping out dual outlet diffusers, I'll still be looking for a used ICarbon. I'm OCD, it's all about symmetry

iCarbon is still all made in Taiwan. There is almost no difference in iCarbon's quality vs the ebay stuff.
I've had both diffusers and you can look at my past thread where I made comparing them. Only carbon fiber piece that I have seen myself in person where you could definitely tell the difference with was the SleK 1M front lip I saw on Harold's car. That is the only reason I let SleK use my car for 2 weeks to make a front lip for the 135i and the same reason I will be picking up their trunk / hood when they come out. You can easily tell the difference between American made CF and overseas if you look at them in person. |

No diffuser planned for the 135i. But if 10 people commit to one I can convince them to make it. They just need to be able to recoup the cost of the mold. And due to all the ebay diffusers they feel like they won't be able to since this diffuser would be priced 700$+ because it would be made in America and using high quality CF. They would be open to any kind of design as well.

Lol our car doesn't really have that kind of room underneath. And it looks like it's made out of some type of metal.
But hey like I said, if 10 people are interested in any kind of diffuser then I can try to convince them to make it. Since 10 would basically recoup the cost of the mold & prototype at $700+. |

I dunno, I would personally love to see that type of diffuser since it would actually be functional instead of the little shark fins that all of the current ones have.
