Zoll Plate with California Plate
Is it illegal for me to run an offset California Plate (using tow hook) while leaving on the zoll plate from European Delivery? I don't feel like ripping the front ED plate off.

Maybe you should ask your California Highway Patrol to look up the law regarding lic plates. ? I would then carry a copy of it, IF it allows you to keep your ED tags mounted.

You should be fine as long as both the front and rear California Plates are clearly visible from the outside of the vehicle and are securely mounted.

Should hold true until you meet the 5'1" cop with a Napolean complex
