Houston EZ Tag Question
So I am moving down to Houston at the end of December and I was advised to get an EZ tag. I received it in the mail the other day, and the instructions state to put it 4 inches down and 2 inches to the right of your rear view mirror. Frankly, that looks like crap.
I have legal tint 4 inches down on my windshield. Would it work if I put it 2 inches from the top of my windshield? Or should I get tint installed 6 inches down on my windshield prior to me installing the EZ tag? Hopefully that would hide that ugly sticker. Would it even work behind the tint? From what I've seen online, it should. Any advice will be appreciated. |

Several years ago I installed an EZ Tag behind a tint strip on my windshield with no issues...it was not "legal" tint...super dark
currently I have 3 tags mounted behind the factory windshield tint (3 different cars)....with no issues CC |
