So is there any difference between the turbo banks on LHD and RHD N54s? Reference keeps being made to our RHD costing more to refurb/upgrade but I cant see any part # difference between us and the lhd models on realoem.

from memory it was something along the lines of RHD car using 2 front LHD turbo or something along those lines?

or the rear turbo housing being completely different or something?

it's the same deal with RB turbos though either way yeah? hence why the core charge is so high for them

ED: i tried searching the thread i first read it in... no dice.

all i could find is:

"The RHD & LHD 135i's, 1M's and RHD335i's all use the same turbos from the cores I have seen. There are harder to come by then the LHD 335i cores hence the slightly increased price.
