Brisb: New to Bris - dealer servicing recommendations?
Hi all!
I was recently relocated to brisbane due to work - so I have no idea/experiences with the area of brisvegas Did a quick search within the regional forum regarding experiences with dealership up in brisbane - couldn't find much! Read a few conflicting reviews regarding Brisbane VS Westside dealership. I've got my first service coming up for the 1 (vehicle check) - so I was wondering, any particular recommendations with which dealership? I'm staying north of the cbd, but wouldnt mind the drive for a quality service. to the brisbaners - hope to see you on the roads! (AW 135i) & fellow Vic 1ers' - I'll be back regularly to melb, so I'll try to join in the meets! Thanks again |

Brisbane and Westside owned by the same mob. They are all very nice people.

Never had an issue with the service at Westside, so never had the need to try somewhere else...

We can certainly advise you better options if you prefer better than dealer service .

Welcome to Bris. I used to go to the Bris dealership but I'm happy to drive the extra as I think the service at Westside is heaps better. Not as rushed and i get the sence they really services the car and not just washed it. i also dont like how tight the parking is at Bris and the morning drop off there looks like a Toyota dealersip. I live on the north side of town too.

Brisbane BMW are "ok" but Westside BMW is better. Also takes 1-2 weeks to book a service with Brisbane BMW (if you need a loaner) vs only a couple days at Westside.

haha, thanks heaps for the review guys!
I drove past fortitude valley a few times, the dealership doesnt look that big - i can imagine the parking would be insane! during peak times. I'm gonna try westside as suggested! Thanks again for the quick reply and the warm welcome!! |

I've only been to Brisbane, Matt the Service guys is awesome, grade A+ service.
They are always quite busy though, and its not the funnest place to get in and out of. Never been to west-side, but only heard good things. |
