I drove to Munich to get it Done by Winter. I got 57hp for 700€.
For the tires i stick to oem 18''size as it's perfect. And my snow tyres are 205/50R17. I shall also mention that for snow driving, the 135i must be really bad because of the additional 80kg on front wheels...

With the DISA manifold, SS headers, and a proper dyno tune I think we can get to 300 crank horsepower, which should be ~250-260 at the wheels.

I'm slowly working my way there. College student so it'll take a bit but one piece at a time and it'll come together. My next major investment is gonna be the DISA intake and then followed by the headers, and then the tune.

Guys look up my post in the No love thread regarding parts from Sweeden. Its not a bad source.
Very happy with the used eurobox (yes it has a a few cosmetic scratches):

More pictures from before and after of the air box?

Also, make sure you get new hardware in the form of gaskets and bolts. I had no leaks when I did mine for this very reason. Having a leak basically necessitates doing the entire project again, which isn't brief.

Sure, i'll post to the No love thread in a bit.
Its much prettier than OEM box. STIG, Im looking fwd to your super sprint update. Do you notice increased sulfur/ gasoline smell? EDIT: Guys regarding max bolt on power look up raceman and his lady friend, Spirit of Universe. We often forget threads from 2009,2010 but its been done. Just not here in North America :P ( Something tells me a few of us will be there soon) They used headers, straight pipes into a Bakstuck muffler or quad and Ingen intakes. The main key is the tuning software though, and then a dyno or a custom tune after headers They had 290 hp and 275+ hp 125i's here is another 130i with a chip tuning result http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=263368

Yeah i planned on the SS headers, expensive but you get what you pay for! @andrey, i'm so jealous you managed to find that manifold, i've been searching car part and i'm either stupid or inefficient.. or both, because it's extremely hard for me to find anything on that website. My only concern is once i get the headers, i have the 135i AA exhaust mated to my mids and i'm thinking it will be much too loud once i do the headers+ catless mids(probably full 3 inch piping all the way to the back). Time will tell i suppose.

When you get the manifold & a tune you can stop, I'm very happy right now since this is US e36 m3 power levels. The car is light on its feet, the torque is fantastic. Carpart is slow but keep at it, keep looking for that elusive X3 manifold or anything that's 2008+. Alternatively using the Sweedish wesite, look for the "Exhaust Inlet manifold" On ebay there is or was someone called BMW heaven from Canada , i would email them to ask about a manifold too

As soon as I get the time, I've just been locked down with work. I personally notice no additional odor when driving(and I had a straight piped E36 M3 in the past) or idling it. The secondary cats do a good job to keep it in check.

Stig's car feels significantly faster with the SS headers, and the sound is perfect with them and the golf T mod. I don't think a better setup is possible for the car. I'd go back to the stock mid as well-- free OEM high flow cats in a good location are hard to beat! (said as someone with $3000 SS cats on his car)
Can't wait to see what she feels like with the manifold, evolve tune, and then some precision evolve dyno tuning... and lightweight summer wheels/tires. 128i, the only car BMW makes that I desire to own! Soon to be NLA

i do have the stock pipe.
I just love the 135i muffler at the end of my set up lol Do you guys know what diameter piping is used in the supersprint midsection?? EDIT: 54mm or 2.2125 inches The evolve tune & eurobox intake is another great combo. Not sure what it unlocked, but its definitely smooth as silk EDIT:: Superspeint finally has a muffler for us! It was always TBD http://www.supersprint.com/en/prod-c...loop_oo80.aspx Mates to a pipe of 70mm or 2.755 inches1 EIDT::: e86 z4 3.0si with superspint full header back exhaust before & after dyno ( about +20 hp & +20 nm for tq): http://www.supersprint.com/en/prod-p...280BA__09.aspx http://www.supersprint.com/public/files/396.pdf

Was the engine sound noticeably louder with the Headers and stock exhaust? Right now i basically have a straight piped exhaust+ the two sets of cats and it's pretty loud. IF the headers will increase the sound even more than just a little i think i'll have to look into a different axle back or somehow incorporate a muffler or resonator into my current setup.

Hm. i still have my stock exhaust i could bolt on in the mean time while i figure out what other options i can do if my muffler delete is too annoying. I almost like the rasp honestly, really reminds me of an e46 m3.

The eurobox made my exhaust more quiet, I was bumnmed out for 2-3 days. I was so used to the loud UUUU sound lol I will try the Golf Tee mod on the 135i muffler, maybe it will be okay
