Cobb AccessPort Mounting Locations/Means

Has anyone found or made a nice mounting fixture for the Cobb AP so that the on-screen data can be seen easily while operating the vehicle? I was thinking just up to the left of the steering-wheel just above or mounted from the vents, where the P3 gauge would normally be.

Thanks,
Derek

I used a Braketron Vent Mount for mine. Ran the OBD2 cable under the rubber door seals..

quick warning. don't leave it plugged it all the time, since it's on the obd2 port there is still current draw when you turn the car off. I had a low battery light when I came back to my car after leaving it plugged in over night while I was diagnosing some rough idle issues a while back.

Good to know!! Im still not sure if i even want to mount it. Its such an easy thing to smash and grab that it would just make sense to not mount it right up there.

Yes make sure you unplug it overnight... i wrap the cable around the mount and leave my Cobb AP on the holder with the cable unplugged... I just plug it in everytime i want to use it..
