Project ADL 1M (WORKING)
It started off, while I was looking for a new car to replace my mk6 gti.
I was after a car that I simply hadn't seen around. After coming across the 1M, it was love at first sight. After doing my research into the car, I came across one, near enough brand new in Valencia Orange (the colour I was after). I was left with no choice other than to buy it. On the drive back I decided to stop by my beloved MUFC stadium and take a few photos. After a few months went buy, I decided to modify it, which created Project ADL. I started off mild by getting the wheels resprayed gloss black and a carbon fibre spoiler. After saving a little money, I bought a few more parts which included a full eisenmann exhaust system revo style carbon front splitter revo rear diffuser carbon wrapping roof and mirrors black and white bmw badges private plate and a stage 1 remap. With my car getting a bit of a reputation I had been asked to make an appearance at the Supercar Scotland Stand at the SECC Scottish Modified Car Show 2013, which I was rather excited about. (At this point my splitter had cracked, and decided there was no point in buying a new one bcos I would probably snap it again ) A year went or so went by and decided I wanted to change things up a little before moving on from the 1M. My car was very well known and decided to remove the plate, paint the wheels to a dusty silver, and get the car wrapped a light grey after being inspired from an M5 which I had seen online. I booked my car in while I was on holiday, and came back a very happy owner, it looked remarkable. This is currently where it lies. Look out for more updates and changes to the car, if yous have any constructive criticism i'd love to hear it. |

Looks much better with the wrap, almost understated now which is probably better as sadly for us enthusiasts all attention is not good attention.
Keep the car...unless its replacement is likely to wear a Porsche badge |
