I believe so too, unless OP sourced these from USA where they came standard on a few e90s

I got these from ECS tuning back in 2011. These are the exact details of the wheels:

They are an exact fit for E87/E82/E88 and are in good condition. To get a set of these landed, without tyres you are looking at $2100

+34 & +37 would not be 1 series offset for 7.5 and 8.5 wheels.

These are BMW Performance 1 series wheels and I would have assumed that most people would understand that they would fit a E87/E82/E82 exactly.

Fitting exactly varies as each owners perception will vary. The offset you proclaim isn't correct for a 1er is actually great fitment to some. 130i and 135i rear fitment also differs due to the hub variations (10mm).
