How to assemble TC Kline/Koni rear shock?

Hey all, having a bit of trouble trying to figure out how to assemble these rear shocks. They came with a bunch of different washers and spools. I have tried reaching out to TCK, but haven't heard back and I'm getting too antsy. How do you assemble these things?
Here's what I've got:
- (2) Nuts - 1 for the top, 1 for the bottom, easy enough
- (1) Lock Washer - for the top nut
- (2) large washers, 1 black composite(?), 1 steel
- (1) 1" spool
- (1) dust cap/cover

Here's what I'm going to do on my TCK SAs (if I ever get the time). Can't remember which came with which, but between the shocks and the powerflex kit I ended up with both 45mm and 50mm washers. I left out the split lock washer to get full thread engagement on the nut (and split locks don't lock anyway). The TCK sleeve is exactly 6mm shorter than the one provided by Powerflex, but the same ID and OD. (Edit: FYI I have the TCKs for the M3 camber link conversion)
