One family- Two E82's. Greetings
Hello all, longtime lurker finally introducing myself.
A little over a year ago I bought my (now) wife a 2011 128i. She originally had a 1st gen scion Xb (trashbox). I was hesitant on the 1 series initially but once we bought it I couldn't have been happier with the car. She loves it. So far all we have done to hers is the black kidney grills and im currently around the shadowline the chrome window trim, and installed the BMW performance muffler Fast forward a year and she surprised me this time, with a 2012 135i DCT. I had a 2001 mr2 Spyder (trashbox lol). So here we are. love these cars and look forward to wittling the list of things I want to do down |

Contrats! That's awesome, but how do you keep them straight?
Honey, move the car. Which one? The Einser. Which one? The black one! Dammit. Is it hers/his? 135 vs 128? Whoever can sit in the 135 first every morning? |

We have a system hahaha, she parks on the left side of the garage / I park on the right.
128 is hers, 135 is mine. We have keys to each others cars but I am always out the door first After driving mine she constantly tries to persuade me to trade though! |

Awesome!!
I strive to one day find a girl like that. Last girl I was with dreamed of having a Maserati. I kept telling her she would have to buy me an Aston before she could buy herself the Maserati. |

Refinement is night and day. The 128 is a base model and the 135 is fully loaded. The seats are softer/more plush. The steering wheel is nicer. I love both cars but she totally spoiled me with the 135 |

Very cool.
We're a two-1er household now too. I have a 2013 135i, son has a 2011 128i. Haven't had a chance to do the photo-shoot, but will soon. Congrats!

Good to see multiple 1er owners. I'll be doing her black line trim this weekend. I'm wanting to get hers some wheels and hid conversion soon then start on the 135.

For zero money I think swapping the grilles would be a better fit for each one to match each's trim. I LOVE THE RED GUTS. Freakin awesome dude! I want a 128i vert for a sibling white w/ red for weekending.
