I don't think you are getting response because I don't think any of us have experience with the Bilstein option. Maybe you can get help at M3 E9x...

I've heard very little if any talk about Billstein coilovers on 1Ms. Lots of KW V3 and Clubsport setups, second to that I believe Ohlins has also become popular with the 1M crowd track setups.

I have the Bilstein clubsport and they are excellent. Expensive but great upgrade. Taught my 6 year old daughter how to adjust them!

I'm in the middle of a 1M chassis conversion on my 135i (complete front and rear suspensions including the subframe, as well as diff, axels and driveshaft). I purchased Bilstein Clubsports to complete the conversion as the M3 springs and dampers were not to my liking. The Bilstien's were expensive, but I absolutely love them and amazed at how they have transformed the car both on and off the track!

I put Bilstein coilovers on my 135i, it was a dramatic change. Love, love, love them. Iam in the process of buying a 1M the weekend, will I need to do it all over again or is the stock setup good for street and a little spirited driving now and then. I found the stock 135i setup soft.

For mostly street with some track Ohlins is hard to beat in terms of ride quality. Bilstein is very rough compared to the Ohlins, maybe from the lacking of the dual flow valve or similar technology.
