Wheel sizes?
Looking at ordering up a set of Apex EC-7. Would the following wheel sizes work…..
Fronts-18x9.5" ET22 Rears-18x10.5" ET27 My thinking is instead of buying standard width wheels and adding spacers to fill the arches properly just buy wider wheels, also this would enable me to run wider tyres giving better grip. Would this work? |

1- your car will push like a pig after giving it all that added grip in the rear . 2- once you decide to go up to 10s from the 9.5s you will never be able to sell the 9.5s. If you decide to sell all four as a set, people will be asking you to separate the 10.5s out. If you at least have 10s up front.. ... then other buyers can use them front or rear. I also prefer the Arc-8s over the Ec-7... but that's a personal problem Last edited by M3 Adjuster; 11-11-2015 at 09:02 AM.. |

Also running 10/10.5 in 265/295, no issues !
(I use 10mm spacers in front because of kw clubsport springs)
