Can carbon build up after 70k never done cause misfire or very low compression?

Yes excessive carbon build up will reduce power and can be a contributing factor for misfires. As far as compression, while we have not tested the compression before and after walnut blast, if an intake valve cannot fully close air can escape during the compression stroke and theoretically give lower compression
