Starting up issue
My car tends to really take a few cycles to start, usually does not start up quickly. Once it starts its fine, but it regularly takes a while to start. Anyone had this experience. For background info i have changed my plugs, coil packs, battery, and the car is fine all the way to redline once it starts... Maybe i should walnut blast her?

Long cranks are usually indicative of an HPFP issue...

i had long cranks followed by a p29dc code (cylinder injection shutdown) bear redline anywhere from 5-7k rpm, replaced hpfp, and no more long cranks and care felt much better but i still had p29dc and its def the LPFP. Although if long cranks are all you are suffering from HPFP will definitely solve your problem.

Thanks for the responses guys. Mine's a 2008 March so i'm going to just be inside the extended 10 year warranty if it turns out it is the HPFP!
