It'll be hard to find these items in "minimally used" state. You might try junk yards /pick-a-part I guess. They're parts known to fail so I'm not sure I'd trust a used one, though.

I purchased all my parts from ECS Tuning. They have the Behr branded thermostat and Continental water pump which are OEM suppliers, a fair bit cheaper than the ones with the BMW logo on them.
