E88 Front Bumper
So my idiotic self wasn't paying attention when backing out of my house the other other day, turned to quickly, and scraped my front bumper against the house. It's punctured and scratched up more than a cat's favorite scratching pole. Definitely needs to get replaced in my opinion. Wondering what everyone's opinion is as far going through insurance, not going through insurance, and doing it yourself. The body shop that would go through insurance quoted me anywhere between 1700 and 2200 dollars. Seems excessive.

Hey just logged back on here! I went through insurance. It was a little too damaged to DIY and wouldn't have been brought back to its former glory if I did it. All the shops I got quotes from were over $1000 for everything from repairing the bumper to replacing it. So I went through insurance. It was quick and easy though and now it looks stellar.
