High mileage 135i? beater?

May have the opportunity to pick up a 100k+ mile 135i (09 I believe) auto .. m

It needs some engine work (most likely fuel or injectors i bet) so it will need some work but its physically and mechanically clean...

Am I in for a deal

or a money pit?

if it's around 100k Miles, it's not that high mileage.

all depends on how the car is and how much money you want to put in.

I bought mine ('12 N55 DCT) with 108,000 now has 116,000 of HARD miles and it's been flawless.

Any BMW can potentially be a money pit without knowing prior maintenance and the condition of the vehicle.

True that. Make sure you are buying from a reliable source with proper maintenance history. I would pickup a higher mileage N54 because all of the "money pit" issues should have been handled already.
