What goodies came with the 1M at delivery?
Trying to figure out everything that came with this car when new. Questions to start the discussion . . .
1-What should a complete set of owners manuals look like (owners manual, maintenance book etc?), did they come in a pouch of some kind? 2-What should the tool kit include, and where does it live? 3-What's a complete set of keys look like? Was there a valet or just the two remote fobs? 4-Is there anything else the car came with from the factory like a glove-box flashlight, basic floor mats, cargo net, cig lighter, warning triangle etc? More info if interested: It's in Texas (three owner (bummer I know, but it looks to be not too abused so I'm cool with it), V Orange, fully loaded, 50K miles, clean Carfax, $49.5k). The price is a bit high I think, but it needs some tlc according to the inspection (diff resealed, brake fluid flush, squeaky clutch pedal and new battery) which they're paying for, work to be done by BMW dealer nearby. So, I have a ULMV (Ultra Low Mile Vehicle) with 1,298 miles, completely OEM, including all paperwork and accessories.
Give me a few days to take inventory and I'll give you a list of items. For sure, - Window Sticker - BMW window sticker, upper left of windshield, - Two original keys fobs, - Owners manual(s) with faux leather pouch, (I'll inventory it for you) - Removable cup holder, - Tire inflation kit. I'm sure there is more, let me check my car. |

Did ED, and the keychain could be engraved with any 5-7 characters of choice. Not really an ‘1M exclusive’ as it was same as the standard offering in the BMW world giftshop. I have last 7 VIN digits, so it will be transferred at sale. Hopefully that’s done by my kids or theirs ...
