Dry the car with a leaf blower. The less you touch the car the less chance of marring.

Not sure how flinging 10-300 Micron size particles at 60 mph at you car is beneficial. But if they say so.

Isn’t it just easier to pay someone that is an expert to do it? That’s what I do. Besides I have too much OCD to do it myself.

There are blowers made specifically for card drying with hot filtered air. The car is clean so no dirt on car. For me it is great for getting water out of wheels, nooks and crannies

The biggest mistake some people make when using a leaf blower is using it too close to the ground. It's really easy to send dirt and dust up from the driveway and back onto the car. I like it for areas around the mirrors and hinges, but I stay high up. I also have the Griots air blower which is a more concentrated stream for tough to reach spots.

Here is the best tip about drying I have ever heard. As long as your car is nice and smooth (which I have no doubt those on this forum are) this works great. After you wash and rinse, remove the nozzle from the hose and just allow the water to pour gently over the car. The water sheets off and doesn't leave much behind. Just use a towel to pick up the remaining water and you're done. Try it!
