best approach for fixing / tightening the gap between fender and front bumper?
Drives me nuts, would like to get this looking newish here. How should i approach fixing this connection point? Gap seems larger than normal with some sort of noticeable spacer or something in there. It was damaged from the previous owner being dumb and running wheels/tires that were too big. Also need to touch up the fender paint in the right front from rubbing.

Fender tab is bent, just loosen the bolt s in there straighten it out align the panels and tighten the bolts and it'll pull the two pieces together. The "spacer" you're seeing in there is the headlight bracket.
