Moving to DC... Have a couple of questions!

Hi Fellow 1ers!

After spending my whole life in the midwest/upper south I've accepted a position in DC. Going to be living in the Clarendon area of Arlington and have a couple of questions....

1) I need to find a new dealership/shop anyone have any recommendations? Closer to home the better but I really need a place that will allow me to store my snow wheels/tires as I won't have room for them in my apartment.

2) Do I really only have 30 days to register my car in Virginia? That seems really quick... Anyone have any tips?

Thanks in advance!!

If you don't find anyone, I have a shop in New Freedom, PA (about an hour or so away from dc). Installs, maintenance, fab work, etc I do it all. Reasonably priced, and warranty my work. Also all fab work has lifetime warranty.

I am very fond of RRT in Sterling Virginia. James is an amazing rep.

I have had nothing but negative experiences with Excluservice and Pat at S2Dynamics. I would actively advise avoiding both even for the most basic services.
