FYI for anyone - it's engine specific.
My 2011 135i peaks around 240, maybe 245 in mid summer after a long drive. As the weather gets colder (above freezing but in the neighborhood I'd say it's more like 235. Shorter drives of course wont' get you there. I can't say it's where it "should" be at, but I recall from older conversations here it's what I'd refer to as "normal". My 2015 X3 also with an N55 gives identical temperatures as well if that pertains. |

Oh, to be able to tell (says the 128i owner*).
*: For whom it probably doesn't matter at all, not tracking the car and living in the Pacific Northwest. |
