Is my car already xhp tuned?
Just bought a 2012 135i and have been looking at mods. I planned on doing an xhp tune while it's on sale for black Friday. After some research I see that one feature is the it will show the gear selection while in automatic drive mode, i.e. D1, D2, D3 and so on.
My car already does this. Was this ever a stock feature or has my cars transmission been tuned in some way? |

I'm fairly certain (off the top of my head) that if you download the xhp software you end up putting in your vin and it will tell you if your car has their software flashed or not.

The cluster will show DX from the factory.
On my 2007 335i it didn't do this stock, but XHP enables it. |
