FS: BMW 1M - $65,000, PPF, Ceramic, tasteful mods

SOLD

Looking to sell my 1M, regretfully - I also have a E46 M3 and can't justify keeping both. Selling for $64,900

I purchased this last January, but it has lived most of its life in BC (up till 2021). Low mileage, excellent condition, many tasteful OEM+ modifications and extensive preventative maintenance completed in last 9 months, binder full of vehicle history and service records. There is some minor "accident" history on the CarFax but the amounts are +/- $1,000, so very minor. Currently has 82,800 km.

Sample of Maintenance Completed in past 9 months:
1. new battery
2. wiper blades
3. brake fluid flush
4. replace clutch master cylinder
5. carbon cleaning of intake / valves
6. new HVAC blower motor
7. Oil & Filter change
8. Spark plugs, coil packs and valve cover gasket
9. Air filter
10. Cabin Air Filter
11. Power steering flush
12. Coolant (water) pump, thermostat, various coolant hoses
13. Transmission fluid
14. Differential fluid
15. Belts (Alternator, tensioner and idler pulley)
16. Charge pipe (replaced with Evolution Raceworks)
17. O2 Sensors (both banks)
18. Upper and Lower front control arms (OEM with upgraded sealed bearings from GAS)
19. Upper/lower shock mounts and related hardware
20. Jack pads

All work done at BMW Kingston with full paperwork and using OEM parts.

Upgrades Completed in past 6 months:
1. Replaced chrome side markers with IND Performance black side "M" markers
2. BMW M Performance black front grills
3. M Performance carbon fiber rear spoiler customized by IND Performance with Valencia Orange CRT stripe
4. SLEK carbon fiber rear diffuser
5. Xpel PPF on full front end, rockers, around rear wheels, A-pillar, mirrors, rear loading area
6. Xpel Ceramic Tint
7. New front and rear BMW emblems and M trunk badge, new rear license plate holder
8. New OEM M badged Floor Mat with matching orange stitching

Also available for an additional cost are BBS FI forged wheels with Michelin Pilot Alpin PA4 winter tires.

Can provide copies of service records, CarFax, additional photos and video.

Choosing to keep the E46 M3 eh? Was it a tough choice?

It was a tough choice, particularly after all of the work and mods to the 1M, but I've had a wide range of cars over the years, and found that I am gravitating back towards older cars like the 1M, E46 M3, etc. over newer vehicles like the F and G series M cars. Don't get me wrong, the F87 M2 was great (owned 2), but there is a sense of connection from the older E-series generation of M cars, and the E46 seemed to be that much more mechanical/raw, which I guess is what I was looking for in a non-daily driver.

Overall, the 1M was great, and if I hadn't made the mistake of buying the E46 is certainly wouldn't be up for sale
