How does the addition of this cooler change the oil capacity on your N52? I'm about to do a similar install on my N52 (for track purposes), but I can't find documentation on how much additional oil is required with the addition of this cooler.

I didn't notice a difference. The oil volume of the heat exchanger isn't that much. Heck, it's half coolant.

Depends on what headlights / options you have (as well as pre / post LCI). For example, if you have a pre-LCI Xenon car, the part number is 61316932796.

Thank you for the reply. I guess I need to figure out the one for pre-LCI halogens with front fog lights. |

61316932794 If you do have the rain sensor, then you need this part: 61316932792 (see also https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/sho...93#61316932792)

Putting the crumbs together in one post:
I haven't had any time to finish the rear suspension carrier, too much life in the way to do anything serious in the garage, but that hasn't stopped me from stacking parts. My latest acquisition and last major component of my suspension overhaul is an E90/2 M3-1M Coupe FSB P/N 31352283515 to replace my current E93 M3 FSB P/N 31352283965; just a bit softer. It will be paired with the 1M specific RSB P/N 33557845522 I bought a while back. I also thought I'd post pictures of the rest of the components, like the custom Ohlins R&T dampers, since I forgot to put most of them here on my build thread. With the Ohlins dampers I got 60 N/mm F 120 N/mm R Swift springs, Vorshlag camber plates, Swift thrust sheets all around, and AKG upper shock mounts. 3DM put everything together as a hybrid kit to match my non-///M front struts and ///M rear camber arms. The whole kit had to be assembled from spares by 3DM. Rear spring perches are Ohlins and the new bushings and bearings are from Millway, except for the trailing arm bearings. I went with stock ///M toe arms because they're already full spherical and I like the way they look. The rear wishbones and guide rods are from Turner/SPL (blue! I like blue!) and the M3 rear suspension carrier sits unfinished in the garage. The front tension arms are (polished) stock arms with the Millway bearings and I'll likely replace my ~60k-mile front TRW-///M wishbones with genuine, new ///M 31102283577/8 wishbones. I'm not likely to put the TRWs on again only because I don't want the scar where they grind off the ///M logo. The front bearing carriers are just gussied up a bit and the rear suspension carrier, when I can get back to it, will be painted to match.

Lol, not worried. I keep things pretty clean. The harshest I've used is Simple Green and it works well. Maybe the Stoptech Sport pads help.

Dang...$950-$1350 for a battery depending on Ah rating.

Nice pick! Nice thread too BTW, I've enjoyed following along over the years.
I've been running the AG-H6-60-RS for almost 4 years now. Yeah they're expensive, but it's the only battery cost I've had in 12 years with the car so I convinced myself it was OK to splurge. |
