FS: 2011 VO BMW 1M. 90K miles, stock, in SF Bay Area. (Price lowered)
FS: 2011 VO BMW 1M. 90K miles, stock, in SF Bay Area. Price now lowered to $51K. Lovingly owned for the past 3 years & 20K miles. $5K in maintenance just performed. Currently registered, passes smog every time, driven every day. Clean California title, no liens, in hand. WBSUR9C52BVS96494. Clean Carfax with no accidents, full photo portfolio (including underbody and original window sticker) & fresh Carfax here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/gK8cR7RDda7Q9Njw7 Very good condition inside and out -- only one minor ding on the rear quarter panel, a number of rock chips, and orange peel and superficial scrapes on and below the lower front air dam. Purchased from Texas off of BringATrailer in spring 2021: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2011-bmw-1m-75/ . This 1M has been a Texas and California car its whole life. Power seats, nav, and park distance control. 2 key fobs. The car is shod with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2's – 6/32nds in the front, brand new 11/32nd in the rear. Also included is a pair of Michelin Pilot Sport 4S front tires at 6/32nd. I added an Ultimate Clutch Pedal (stock pedal included) and had the clutch valve delete mod performed. A BMW OEM 1M outdoor car cover, OEM passenger side cup holder, and custom fit ProClip phone holder also included. Under my ownership, the car has been maintained by Andy & Erin @ Bavarium Autoworks (formerly Carbahn) in Mountain View CA. Since I’ve owned it, Bavarium has replaced front and rear brake rotors, high pressure fuel pump / thermostat, battery, and front struts / rear shocks – all documented in the Carfax, with receipts. A further $5K in maintenance was just performed, including new rear tires, valve cover and oil pan gaskets, and oil change. This car now needs nothing. Bavarium also performed a full PPI on this vehicle in preparation for this sale, appended to the photo portfolio. Priced now lowered to $51K, based on ticking over to 90K as my daily driver, and picking up the latest small ding on the hood. Last edited by Silent-W; 06-21-2024 at 11:13 PM.. |

Not sure how you got to $57k with recent comps when low mileage examples are not selling for that price. I HOPE you do sell it for $57k as I have a 15k mileage 1M I want to sell but not in this market as it's softening out. GLWS as I love VO!
