I haven't had enough drive time yet to really compare, but power-wise I'm not sure which is better. I need a week or so to really sort it out...

I thougt the 1 M series cars had the M1 emblem like al other m cars. When I boght My 135 came with the M performance one. Maybe opd owner must to put it on. I mean I have the M package but that’s all. 🙄😂

I believe the 1M was developed as a side project by a handful of enthusiastic Motorsport employees as opposed to a board-backed full on new M car. That likely contributed to the 'oh sh*t' moment when it came time to give it a name. : )
