You should be fine - Hans Stuck Jr, one of the test drivers for the 1er coupe at Nurburgring - is taller than that I believe and it appeared there was room to spare - with a helmet. The Porsche Cyaman is at least an inch or so lower than the 1er coupe and it's fine for a 6' (which I am).
And Harold, thanks for finding the pic. |

I asked about the backseats earlier and my post was deleted.
My boys are 7 and 10 and under 6 feet tall. I'm hopeful they will fit in the backseat. My wife has a displaced hip. I hope she can fit sideways in the front seat.

BTW, '6 feet" and "tall" should not be used in the same sentence. "Tall" starts at 6' 4" and you're not a member of the club.. I'm 6' 6" and fit comfortably in my Z4. My son is 6' 11" and he fits fine in his 3er cabrio. We're both getting 1ers. He's going for the 135i coupe and I'm going for the 128i cabrio and neither of us have any concerns over potential fit problems. |

But hey, if I could fit comfortably in a Saturn SC2, then I'm not worried about the 128i... I guess I'm not tall though at only 6'2" |

I do not fit in the Z4 at 6'7" My knees are in the dash. Z3/Z4 are the only BMWs I don't fit in and I used to own an E36. I asked theroyalwe guy that works for a BMW dealer about fitment in the 135i. He showed pictures of him fitting fine and he is 6'4". He said the seat was not all the way back at the time. Headroom measurements I can find are identical to the E36 M3, which I used to own.

I have lot's of headroom in my Z4 but just enough legroom. My son could never fit in a Z4 (headroom or legroom). |
