135i in accident!!!!!! Grrrrrrrrrr
So I'm on the highway about to pull onto the off ramp to get off the highway and some kid cuts me off and slams on his brakes and i rear end him! I was so pissed! I'm still pissed I can't believe it. My first brand new car and i have it only for a little over a month and its already damaged. I probably need a new front bumper and my headlight is cracked, one of my front grills is broken, and the hood is dented a little. I feel like im in some sort of nightmare, someone please wake me up! This sucks and I was suppose to show off my car tomorrow at my sisters wedding. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I don't know of any autobody shops tho. I'd think the dealers body shop would be the best for the job? |

Bummer. Talk to your assigned Service Advisor at the Gallery. They frequently have their cars touched up or repaired for resale. They'll have the hook-ups on whats the best place to take it. The Norwell Gallery send their cars out to a guy in Rockland, who I've used before with factory indistinguishable results. i'm sure the Norwood Gallery has the same.
By any chance were you been parked on Newbury Street, like a month ago? Newbury and Fairfield (or Newbury/Exeter)? I saw a black/black 128i on the corner. Only 1er I've seen. |

Yeah I'll have to give him a call probably today. I heard this place factory collision in weymouth is really good. I been around Newbury Street but I have a 135i not a 128i. Was the 128 a convertable? Because thats only other 1er i've seen around the Boston area. |

And I felt bad when I got a couple rock chips, I'm sorry and good luck. I still don't know what I want to do with my chips.

I used to know those guys at Factory Collision, if they are the same guys. They used to do high end 1-off paint jobs on muscle and show cars at the time. |

http://www.factorycollision.com/factory.asp I think I might bring it to that place, but first I need to contact my insurance company. I talked to the service guy at bmw gallery he told me they have their own body shop in Norwood.... Anyone have any experience with them? |

I just got the quote from the insurance adjuster.. $4,000 @ $35 dollars an hour. That new headlight assembly is expensive $1150, the new hood is $469. I'm glad I dont have to pay for this!

whoa! That's pricey. You should be able to get euro whites for that much, if both headlights are needing to be replaced.
Good luck! Hope they fix it quickly. |
