Good on him! If our system is so stupid that it let's him do it then that says something about our welfare/handout system. At least it's only an E46!

Truth is Im sure this was snapped at the Summernats here, be a while ago now. I go every year and have seen it there. Remember it because of the numberplate and comments friends and I made about it because of the man/men driving and in it were of (very) ethnic persuation with the gold chains, bangles, dimond ear rings etc, the comment was something like "it's probably true, cause they all look like drug dealers"!
