I believe that it is held in with clips on the rear of the bumper cover. I think you must removed the bumper cover, then take off the grill and the reinstall the bumber cover...

ok so i tried just pushing it in, but it doesnt seem to want to come out. Anyone else have any ideas? I dont really want to take off the front bumper...
