Bluetooth getting confused by two phones
I have my cell phone programmed to bluetooth in my car. Twice when I have had a passenger in the car with their bluetooth phone, the system asks if I want to connect a phone and shows me my already paired phone. When I select my already paired phone, it goes into 'connect' mode, searching for my phone and never connecting. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks, John |

Do you have your phone at the top of the list of paired phones?

I'll check this weekend to see how mine rweacts to 2 bluetooth phones.
Is it possible when you try and select your phone you are telling the system to pair it - when it is already paired - and that you are missing somewhere a way to just dismiss the screen and choice altogether?

I have tried and it keeps looking for a phone and when I select my already paired phone is goes into "connecting" and never comes out of it.
Once I get back in the car with only my phone it works without incident. |
