Adjust Navigation Voice Volume?

I have a 2010 w/ iDrive & Logic7. The volume on the voice providing directions for the Navigation is way too low. The radio fades out when the voice comes on, but the voice is so low I can't hear it over loud wind noise on the freeway. I can't figure out how to adjust that damn thing using the tone options, what am I missing??

When the voice comes on for the navigation just turn up the volume on the knob.

If so equipped, you can also use the volume buttons on the steering wheel while the voice is talking...
