Ticking noise from CD player

I have this weird problem with my BMW 120d (2005) cd player:
Sometimes when I unlock my car my cd player starts ticking, when the window is open I can hear it from outside. So when I eject the disc it takes about 20 seconds before it comes out.
When I try insert the disc again sometimes the ticking starts again and sometimes it just works fine again.

Is there anyway I can solve this with going back to my BMW dealer?
