Does accident while under Motorplan = void??

Hey,

I was just wondering if your vehicle was under Motorplan and you were involved in an accident with it, but BMW doesn't fix it because your insurance company insists on using their bodyshops, will your Motorplan still be valid (subject to a BMW Quality Check)? Or will it be outright voided?

Would really appreciate some feedback on this! Thanks!
