I'm no pro photographer either but the lighting seems a little off in some of them and the color palette is a little on the grayer side. Not trying to knock your pics, just a friendly piece of advice not anything photoshop cant fix haha.....who knows maybe thats what you were going for though and im just being a jerk haha

I am an amatuer as well with a Rebel XS....my biggest advice for post processing your photos is:
Shoot in RAW mode (easier to post process) Get Adobe Photoshop Lightroom (can fix errors and manipulate lighting, color, clarity, etc...) AWESOME program IMHO. |

LOL. but def agree 100%, one of the best ways to take photos is to check the lighting around the area that youre trying to shoot. also, iso is a very big thing in taking pics as well. gl and nice whip
