To wait...or not to wait, what is the answer (exhaust)
Hey everybody,
So I was going to order the AA Signature exhaust but its out of stock and it should take around 8 weeks. Now, knowing that, I don't know if to wait or to look for another alternative. I am looking for an exhaust that sounds as loud as the AA Signature and well my price range will be less than $700. I was also looking at the Berk or the Maddad (searched and they sound pretty good too) but I just wanted to see what do you guys recommend. Other options are also appreciated Thanks |

My suggestion would be to wait it out if you can. From a general perspective, if you like how it performs and sounds, it's best to wait it out than to get something else and regret it down the road.
I don't know how either exhausts sound, so like I said, it's just from a general perspective when it comes to modifying cars. |

Hmmm I havent heard of that Rogue exhaust before, I checked in their website and youtube, but they don't have many sounds clips, just 1 or 2. From the clips it seems that it doesn't sound as loud as the others but they sure do look nice!!

We've got 2 customers waiting for that shipment of exhausts to arrive at Active Autowerke. I guess it's worth the wait
+1 for Rogue Engineering. My buddy had the Rogue Engineering exhaust on his M5 and he loved it! It made power too. I've only seen clips online for the RE exhaust for 135i but it sounds great too. |

Another very important fact is that our tips always line up perfectly on the 135i. You don't have a lot of room for error and this is an area that needs to be spot on. |

Installed the Maddad Street Series about an hour ago - it is sick. Louder than stock at all levels and absolutely screams at WOT. I am so glad Rich from Maddad talked me into going with the Street Series (Whisper not available for another month or so).

The only choice is BMW performance. Catbacks won't produce any meaningful gains so its sound you want. The BMW Perf exhaust is by far the best sounding exhaust bar none.

Here is a 3rd party dyno that was done about 3000 miles away from our shop. Completely stock 2011 N55 powered 135i. Only change was a Berk Technology Full Sport Exhaust.
