Last saturday, Ludo (the wonderful mineral white M3 ZCP's owner) asked me about big black spots due to the braking system and I haden't.

But since I've used the brakes harder..........

Any idea where it could come from ? I didn't have that problem on the 135i, never saw that on any M3. But Ludo and me have the same problem. So tires, wheels.... ??

I hit a cat or something like that yesterday night. The front of the car has moved to the back and now the tire touches the front of the car when i turn the wheels at more than 3/4

Goes to the dealership back tomorrow, already........

It could be the caliper boots weren't pressed into the calipers properly during production. My 06 Z4 M Coupe had this happen about 3 weeks after I bought it (new). But it was only on one caliper, not both fronts. It was about the time I started using the brakes harder and the stress caused the rubber boot to slip out of it's groove. BMW replaced the boot under warranty and it was never a problem again.

But I saw today under the sun light that the front bumper is broken

So your picture should be rotated 90° counter-clockwise.
I guess the radiator that is showing on the picture, is from the front bumper, so left of the wheel instead of above the wheel.
