Looks like a single (large) pipe coming off the secondary cat. Can we draw the conclusion this is a single twin scroll turbo? Or did they unify two separate downpipes?

Looks like you are probably correct about the additional radiator. I'm happy as long as better engine cooling is achieved one way or another.

In Herr FSTIR rear diff/exhaust photo above....
I wonder where that diff drain plug is located? I don't see one? Maybe it is flush under the fins? I have not seen a M3 diff upclose to know where they stick the drain. ??? |

Did you guys realize that it has euro headlights? It is not Amber color per DOT.
And what is that red thing behind the front disk ? May be the chasis? with 19 inch wheels, it has quite a bit of a clearance at the front from fenders, wow. Rear end seems redesigned, control arm connection points seemed different, can someone with keen eyes confirm this?

Anyone else notice that the brake lines are painted to match the car?

This car is going to be phenomenal! As far as what I am seeing from this pictures they really tried hard to satisfy our dreams at least at body design level. Now lets wait for the engine specs.
Hey and almost nobody mentioned whether the car will have a carbon roof. It can be concluded from the pics, but i really hope so. And please to anyone with good photoshop skills, can you chop a revealed version a the car. I don't think it will be too hard, cause most of the details can be observed even through the cover. Thanks |

Red thing is the same as our car. Look in your wheel well, you can see body color in the same location. ... Yes, it's wider ... Rear suspension links are very similar, but the lower piece is cast aluminum ( like on the M3), versus stamped aluminum (like on the non-M 1er). |

Ugh... I hope what I am making out isnt real. I want the N55 but look further way from the cat. Right in the center you can almost make out two round shapes coming right from the engine.

If you think about it, it makes sense. I believe the U.S. will only see manual transmission cars. The M3 needs to save face in as many ways as it can. This would be a nice chip it has over the 1M.

If anything it must be about saving money. For such a limited production run (probably around 10-20k cars), it makes little sense to offer 2 different transmissions.
