You have a PM :-)
Can we build a new list of who in the UK actually has taken delivery now?

I was told the oil had to be ordered from Germany. It's now in stock so will get that changed ASAP.

Got my car on Friday, very impressed, way better than I was expecting, 335hp is a very conservative estimate in my opinion...
However, I'm off the road at the moment waiting for a new front tyre to arrive, noticed a sidewall bulge when washing it. Michelin will cover the cost if they determine it to be a manufacturing defect but otherwise it'll be £217 out of my pocket. Defo not pothole or kerb related, I've not been anywhere near any yet. I bet you can guess just as good as me how this is likely to turn out... On another note I got Service Inclusive for £400. |

Did you know that the tyres on our cars are slightly different? They have a little star, I think they're the same as for the M3.

Yeah, I spotted that, when I spoke to the tyre shop and quoted everything off the tyre wall they asked was it was an M3. |

Anyone in the North East area that has taken delivery of a 1M?
Still have problems getting to see one in the flesh let alone drive one!

Although I thought this was for the US, this list seems to be pretty accurate for the UK too, if anyone is waiting.

my car has arrived at my dealer yesterday should be picking up today shortly. getting the service inclusive for £400 also, my dealer had to make a few calls and was advised i can have it for £400 if purchased within the first 60 days otherwise its £1000 thereafter.
have asked the garage not to clean the car so im going to be busy all week getting the car cleaned.. my favourite bit lol only one thing though has anybody had a problem with the exhaust not being even. the offside exhaust is sitting lower than the nearside i noticed this yesterday and its bugging me a little. my dealer said they would look to try and fix the issue. i know that most cars when they have dual exit exhausts they are not perfect but i felt this was too noticable. |

Yup. They've now got the gearbox oil and getting that replaced tomorrow.
My steering is a bit off centre so will get that sorted as well.

The geometry is set up on a flat surface so the natural crown of the road always moves the wheel off-centre a little bit. Seems to be more noticeable on some cars / roads though. It's a good idea to get it checked out, sooner rather than later too as you're only covered under the warranty on such issues up to something like 5000 miles / 6 months IIRC.
