Best car porn around!! Envious of that color, the sunroof and the trunk.
Btw, you are a tease for a decent side shots showing that gorgeous CSL trunk!! |

Don't care what people say. This is damn impressive and you've got yourself one sweet looking 1-series. I tip my hat to you, good sir.

Just out of curiosity what would you say you've spent on this build thus far? I would assume you've gone well past a solid down payment on a 1M with a few payments tossed in. Not hating, think your car is sick, just wondering at which point you said "fuck it" I'm going to replicate a 1M instead of owning one.

and sometimes it isnt about money or being practical. some people just like to mod cars. I literally could have bought two 1m's for what I put into my car over the years. My joy in my car has been so much more than the outcome but the process as well. The process has been the most enjoyable part of it all. I would say MyBad as well as most of the other guys who have the heavier built cars on the forums would agree.

Only differnce between making a replica and spending less or buying a real 1m is you will never get your moeny back from the replica. The 1m will hold it's value. But, of you are doing it for the project and the fun then it's not about it. For me, I rather buy soemthing for less then worth, have fun with it, then sell for more and move on to the next thing.
