Well the insurance company is really lowballing me. They claim my car is worth $15k being a 2009@45K Miles. However the only cars I see UNDER the 50k mark are OVER $20k even a 2008 is being sold At $24k. Sent the info to liberty mutual and they dont want to budge they insist on me paying for an independent appraiser and a Umpire that decides the value If we can not agree to the worth of the car.

That does not even count the fact that they are supposed to be paying me for a 2010 with around 30k miles counting the fact that they quote a year newer and 15k miles less as their "better car replacement" value.

Sadly I am unable to find another low mile 135i to replace mad max... I have been looking all over the US for a low mile replacement for the one my INS co stupidly totaled... So hey if anyone knows of a 2009-2010 with 40k or less mileage please let me know...

I know of my '08 with 42k miles; not looking to sell though. Good luck with the search!
