An old thread, but I figured I would post since I'm having the same issues with my Active charge pipe. However, my c-clip is facing the right direction. It was actually fine for almost a year before I started having constant issues with it. Wondering if anyone else with an Active Autowerke charge pipe has issues of it popping off under boost. TIA

For what ever its worth. I have a VRSF charge pipe, never came off and I'm running Cobb stage 3+. One thing I did, the VRSF has a bong on it for meth injection. I made a bracket and used that mounting location to secure the bracket. That makes the charge pipe much more secure and I'm not planning on using meth.
