It's like there's no enough girls at the bar, and we're all hovering.

I've found a few sets of powered seats, but from what I gather those are much more difficult to retrofit. |

(I wonder if one also has to code the computer.... probably.)

AFAIK, that last part is the problem. Perhaps the seats don't have their own controller - all commands run through 'the car' itself.

I can't speak for both of us, but honestly - anything reasonable. I don't want to spend Recaro Sportster CS money on OEM seats, and the quote I've gotten through a dealer indicated that, by part (which is how the dealer would have to buy them), I'd be looking at $1.5k+ per seat. If I could keep it under a grand for the pair, that'd be great, but for the right seats - I dunno .
FWIW, I'd also consider a trade. I'd end up selling the standard seats if I ever find a set of sport-packaged ones, anyway. |

Still looking. I'm more seriously considering a set of Sportster CS's, as they're incredibly comfortable (finally got around to trying a set in-store), but I'm not sure that isn't overkill :\...

I have a set of black leather power sports in excellent condition. I'm trying to trade for manual sports, but would sell outright for the right offer

I wish this were possible, but AFAIK the controls for power seats exist within the car's computers, not in the seat itself - so a swap from manual to power isn't possible. Unless you're okay leaving the seats in one position, I suppose.

Long live this thread!
Er, I mean, I hope we all find the seats we are looking for.
